Hktdc Food Expo Hong Kong 2025
Our event, the HKTDC Food Expo organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council is back in its 35th edition, held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition centre in Wan Chai, on 14-18 August 2025. This is a multi-day event that helps gather both trade and consumers where it presents a colourful display of international and local delights, in two specialized halls the Trade Hall (rebranded as Food Expo PRO) and the Public Hall.
The Trade Hall creates B2B opportunities with importers, exporters, wholesalers, and retailers with specific areas like FoodTech, Halal, packaging solutions, and logistic services. At the same time, the Public Hall surprises all food lovers with an impressive range of delights: confectionery, snacks, organic food, instant food, fruit, seafood, dairy, plant‑based products, coffee, tea, drinks and tableware.
Visitors will have the opportunity to see live cooking demonstrations, taste culinary delicacies, and find out the latest trends in healthy, green, and gourmet food. It attracts approximately 955 exhibitors and more than 500,000 visitors- according to the previous editions.
The Expo features a number of other co‑located events: the Hong Kong International Tea Fair, Home Delights Expo, Beauty & Wellness Expo and the trade only Food Expo PRO, which will take place 14-16 August as a hybrid event with virtual and physical elements. This leads to networking among the buyers, suppliers, SMEs, the culinary enthusiasts, and it also provides cultural displays, such as the national group pavilions and the themed zones.
The venue is also located easily accessible to the public transport as well as hotels, and offers visa, parking and travel guidance to the visitor- which makes the experience of the visitor run smoothly. HKTDC Food Expo remains the leading summer food event in Asia: the vibrant hub of convergence between trades, consumers, and culinary experimentation.
