The heart of Galicia will again become the meeting point for food innovation from the world, as Salimat Abanca 2025 welcomes the world at the Feira Internacional de Galicia ABANCA, Silleda, Spain, between 5th and 8th June 2025. Established as one of Southern Europe’s biggest food and gastronomy events, Salimat provides a vibrant stage for professionals that cover the agri-food value chain from producers and distributors through to chefs and retailers.

Salimat 2025 will present a wide range of food and beverage products, where innovation, sustainability, and quality will be the main focus of the expo. Currently being held in the 28th edition. An exhibition space will be followed by visitors with various tasting opportunities, product launches and live cooking shows, all in order to present both classic dishes from Spain and international flavours. Another program of the event is Hosted Buyers Program that promotes quality B2B meetings between the exhibitors and the national and international buyers representing the retail, foodservice and the gourmet sectors.
